HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE?
For the United States, items are delivered within 14 days, however sometimes due to high demand and busy seasons (ie: holiday period), please allow up to 15-20 days for delivery.
Rest Of The World - It takes a bit longer for outside the U.S. due to custom processing which is beyond our control. If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at email@example.com. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund of your purchase.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
All U.S. orders will be shipped out of Richmond, Texas via USPS with tracking numbers. INTERNATIONAL orders may be fulfilled from our oversea fulfillment centers. This format of shipping may not include tracking numbers that function outside the United States. They will track the progress of the package through the origin country, but once the package is in the air internationally, it will no longer work. We can provide you the international tracking number upon request.
I ORDERED MORE THAN 1 ITEM, AND I HAVE ONLY RECEIVED ONE ITEM, WHY IS THAT?
Since we have a multiple fulfillment sites, we don't always have all our products in one place, so when you order multiple items at a time, each item may be shipped separately. So you'll probably receive one item before the next. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…They are on the way to you!

Though we highly encourage you double check sizes and addresses prior to placing an order with us, we fully understand that things come up and mistakes can be made. We process orders the same day they are placed. If a change needs to be made to your order please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate that change, BUT we can not make any promises. If the item(s) has already been shipped from our fulfillment center we cannot make changes to the order. In that case, you can send the wrong item to our corporate offices and once received we can send out a corrected item.
